Before you leave, we’ll create a home-care and maintenance plan together, based on your hair, goals and everyday routine. We’ll discuss what to book next, when to return and how to care for your hair between visits, adjusting the plan over time as we learn what works best for you.

We’ll create a maintenance plan together based on your colour, how your hair grows and what works best for you. Root coverage is typically refreshed every 4–8 weeks, while highlights or balayage are often refreshed every 3–6 months, though some guests can comfortably go longer. Toner or shine-enhancing sessions can help refresh your colour between larger appointments, and we’ll adjust the timing together based on how your colour grows out and what feels right for you.
